Crafted from Ulla's signature cotton poplin, the Tahlia dress in Portofino print features blossoming marigolds and cerulean hues. Highlights of this new silhouette include barely-there straps that suspend the off the shoulder cut and met with a deep v cut at the center front. This dress has a fixed waist and hidden side-seam zipper.
